Experience shapes
the way I think.
Curiosity keeps
me moving.
From hospitality to retail leadership, and into design and business consultancy. My work brings those experiences together to help business owners decide what comes next.

Starting in hospitality.
I began my working life in hospitality, spending years in the sector before moving into retail. That background is part of the experience I bring to the businesses I work with today.
From Area Manager
to Managing Director.
At Lidl, I worked my way from Area Manager to Managing Director of Northern Ireland. I held the Managing Director role for six years.
That experience now informs my work with business owners: looking beyond an individual project to understand the business around it, its priorities and where it wants to go.
Ten years of
ideas into action.
For the past ten years, I’ve been designing and building websites alongside my wider consultancy work. I’ve used Wix throughout that time, developing the website side of the business as the platform and my clients’ needs have evolved.
Website design sits alongside mentoring, business strategy, brand and graphic design, photography, content and training. These services can work together, or begin with one specific challenge.
A new business might need advice before it needs a logo. An established organisation might need its website to reflect a new direction. I start with the business, then help shape the work around it.
New tools.
Practical purpose.
I’m now exploring how AI can help clients streamline their processes and procedures. It’s a developing part of my work, guided by practical needs rather than technology for its own sake.
The aim is to find useful ways to support the people doing the work, make everyday tasks simpler and give business owners more room to focus on their priorities.
