Having spent 12 years working for one of the largest and most successful retailers in Europe, Lidl, Glen spent the last 6 of those years at Director level, overseeing the entire operation in Northern Ireland. With documented levels of success in the last 5 years including increasing market share, customer numbers, company profile and employee relations, Glen also  led the business to numerous awards including UTV Business Eye Retailer of the Year in 2013 and 2014 and was Runner Up Company of the year in 2015. Glen was responsible for securing the largest sponsorship deal in the history of Belfast City Council which brought the Tall Ships Festival to Belfast in 2015.
